From the MMP Website.

Advanced Squad Leader Starter Kit Bonus Pack #2 is a new scenario and map pack for Starter Kit players. This Bonus Pack features two new 8" x 22" boards (i and j) and eight new scenarios that encompass a wide range of actions from China in 1938 to The Philippines in 1945 that feature seven different nationalities (Germany, Japan, Soviet Union, United States, Great Britain, China, and Norway).
Unlike most Starter Kit products, Bonus Pack #2 is NOT a standalone game; ownership of ASL Starter Kits #1-#4, and Expansion Packs #1 (either edition) and #2 are required to play all the scenarios herein.
ASL Starter Kit Bonus Pack #2 contents:
  • two 8" x 22" geomorphic maps (i and j)
  • eight scenarios (S82-S89)
  • front and back cover sheets
  • charts & tables

I know it's a bonus pack but the Info is pretty bare bones on the web site.

Nice looking maps but I still wonder why ASLSK is able to handle hedges but that extra pip for a wall seems to be beyond the realm of possibilities.

Because Walls, as opposed to Hedges, have all the WA and HD stuff associated with it.

That said, SK could just introduce Walls as being like Hedges except for a +2 TEM.

But then again, it would take 'SK' yet another step further away from 'starter' to 'light'.

Hedges have the same WA issues that walls do, and we avoid them the same way.

HD would be a whole new concept, however.

By not playing scenarios that have them?😉

That was the solution Fish espoused.🤣🤣

Was going to do a Benson and Hedges joke but decided to forgo the paronomasia. 🙄

Got my order in finally.

Funny thing, the number of preorders did not go up after I submitted my request.

So I think I am 504-506, or someone needs to update the counter manually....
