A lot of spam posts, that Moderators diligently kill every day with the fake accounts that send them, though.

I meant spam traffic that the moderators spend a certain amount of time every day clearing out.

The site admins risk losing a good chunk of their traffic if they don't fix this.

It's 2023 and this site is still not using HTTPS. Every web browser at this point will block access and make the user click through a warning for sites served over HTTP. Free SSL certs have been available for years.

What needs to happen so the site can switch to HTTPS?

I doubt that the spammers have anything against board games, as they are bots. Of course it's about money - they are trying to sell their crappy gummies and CBDs. The sites they direct you to may or may not have malware as well.

None of which has anything at all to do with the warnings people are getting. I had to set my Norton to ignore this site, which I hate doing in general.
