Brad Wardell always said he would never put Stardock titles on a competitor's distribution service, but that seems to have changed:

I would appear that the flop of Elemental has put a crimp in Stardock's finances. First, they sold Impulse to GameStop, something that floored me when I heard about it, and now we have one of the crown jewels of SD's lineup appearing exactly where Wardell said it would never go.
I hope, really hope, that Fallen Enchantress proves to be a big hit, because from the looks of things, if it flops, I don't think we'll ever get a chance to see GalCiv III.
