After having read about your shoving 40 Italian squads around and your self-agnonizing tenacity of insisting to play the Italians, you've made me do it:
At long last, I began punching the Italian counters of 2nd Edition Hollow Legions. The objective is, to retire one set of old counters that were in part terribly die cut.
Of course, there was much rejoicing by the Italian counters being pulled from the frontline. And much agonizing but the other half of my double OoB which had to stay active. Not to mention the horrors of the newly punched, perfectly stackable and trim counters pulled from their snug box and sent on active duty. The most dramatic moment was, when Colonello Latente, the newly punched 10-3, successfully used his Leadership modifier in order to gain Concealment under a stack some of the cardboard frames to avoid being assigned to the active RAACO tray but was then discovered in the last minute after being blackmailed by a disgruntled 126 Conscript HS.
Oh, the drama...
