Should CCP players to change character names for a fee?

It would make it easier for spies to operate, but this could be limited as long as CCP sets it up right. Make it a $10 charge like an avatar swap and people will think twice about abusing it (too expensive). Second, make it so it's only available one per year or something like that.

Personally I don't think this would be a bad idea as long as some limitation were put in place to ensure it can't be abused to death. And face it, scammers and spies use cheap alts to do almost all of their dirty work anyway so allowing players to change a character name every few years for a fee wouldn't really change anything.
