This Q has particular relevance to BRT:

Can SFCPs use their inherent NOBA Radios while Wading in Shallow OCEAN? There are lots of restrictions on regular SW fire while Wading, where pretty much only a LMG can be used by Wading Infantry. However, I can't find a specific example where Radios are specifically prohibited from use by Wading units.

SFCPs are already clearly banned from using their Radio when a Passenger/Rider of an amphibious vehicle.

Any help or reference(s) to relevant Q&A is appreciated! :)

You answered your own question...only SW usable by wading infantry is an LMG. The rule makes no exceptions for inherent SW. For example, a wading German (1944) couldn't use a PF. So, no radio use while wading.

Reality argument: somehow I don't think the waterproof packaging on those radios was intended to allow them radios to setup and operate in knee to hip deep water. Get to the beach in working condition is one thing, operation while standing in water is another.
