Setup Flow Chart

I've played one mission so far. The hardest thing was figuring out the how-to setup the game. The rules are spread all over the place in Ch S plus the rest of the rules. That said I'm creating a flow chart based on setting up a new game. This is a work in progress but comments are welcome.
