Ok, two things!
1> This Forum is not really the Senior Officer Forum - I had initially asked for a Founders Forum as well (this was back when we still had Nari, Benic and Corbix). Treat it as a Founder's Forum for now. I'm just not going to bug Brent and Don to change the name of it just so it's easier for the few of us to keep straight. (I already hassle them too much!) :freak:
2> Please, do NOT discuss promoting any Juniors in the Junior Officer forum please. Those discussions should take place here. And aside from Fair for the moment, we're good for any other Seniors. People need to put in their time before they get promoted again - it's not a popularity contest, it's about who does their job, long and steady, and shows their loyalty.
Just like we wouldn't discuss promoting a normal member to a Junior in the main forum, we'd do it in the Junior Forum - so too should we not discuss promoting a Junior in the Junior forum - it should be done here!!
