Is there anywhere I can go, or anyway to go about, searching for scenarios by specific scenario designers ?

I think xionvin had a spread sheet on who designed what. Perhaps PM him for that info.

The ASL Scenario Archive:

Look at the Advanced Search. There you can type in the Designer as a search query.

I do not know if that information has been provided for all scenarios entered there (I doubt it), but that site is your best bet.
