ASL-Lister-ines,

Once again, Sean and his producers have donated a number of
military books to our prize pool....5 as of today valued at $130.

Pre-register by July 15th and you'll have 4 raffle tix. We've had a number of 3 prize winners in the past!

For details, see "Tournament Flier-NYS ASL Championship" post
on "ASL tournaments" page.

Is he a fan of ASL? Does he even know what ASL is?

I've told Sean about ASL, but, I wouldn't call him a fan. He has interest in
military stuff, but is too busy in his career for anything but work and family.
That being said, he's happy to lend a little support to guys who respect and honor the military.

Joe,

You're a "Great American".

I haven't heard from "Marty" at the end of the call-ins for quite some time.

I hope he comes to Fort Hood to see some really GREAT AMERICANS and their families.....

It makes me all the more envious...

That I cannot attend the NYS ASL tourney...Sean Hannity as supporter...

Not bad at all...

I'm not surprised that he's busy with his day job and family.
I think Sean is actually smarter than Rush, but that's opinion at that point...

PS Does this mean you know him personally? Now I'm REALLY jealous....

WOW- there's a tough call.

Sorry, I don't see either of these people 'smarter' than the other. 'Smart' and comparatvie don't seem to work here.

Most likely, these books are just a bit above Hannity's reading level. :cheeky:

that's hilarious!

What on earth does it mean to be 'smarter' than Rush?????

it's as absurd as saying, Walters is 'more profound' than Rosie...

I am at a loss to see how using Sean Hannity's name is any sort of draw or plus for an ASL tournament. He is such a polarizing figure and so many people despise him that you are likely to alienate as many people as you might attract.

"you are likely to alienate as many people as you might attract."

I can see this post getting the Silver Star with Oak Leaf clusters, and an "I" device for Irony above and beyond the call of duty.

$130 worth of military books as a donation for a tourney. Seems worth a public "thank you" at the least. If Hannity is cramming his own book on everyone that is one thing but this seems like a nice donation to me.

Didn't see you there last year,Rich. Did I miss you any of the other years?
nah, I was supposed to be going with Doc Doom who bailed late the day we were leaving. We also had a 'two-daughters-at-two-different-tournaments' issue. I'm going to be there this year with or without that friggin' bridge troll.
