What is this Nonsense? I signed up for a college ASL class and all people are doing is waving their hands around at each other.

Was that an American Squad Leader course, or an Australian Squad Leader course, the difference is all in the accent.

Didn't you notice that class was offered by the Music Department: Advanced Song Leader? It's meant for aspiring conductors. You really need to pay more attention to the course description.

So sorry. I must have confused the Advanced Symphony Leader course with your ASL; I even brought my baton to the first lecture.

The lack of orchestra pit should have been a dead give away.

hah. I took that one, and aced it. I did my PhD dissertation on ASL background music.
