I couldn't find this answer in a forum search so I'm posting here.

The Turn Record Chart indicates that there are German reinforcements on Turn 2 and Russian reinforcements on Turns 3 and 4. The OB indicates there are only Russian reinforcements on Turn 4. This scenario has been around forever so it has to be me that is missing something here. What am I missing?

Thanks,
Bob

Kindling seems to work well for the Russians in this one.

I don’t have the scenario at hand, but I bet those are the earliest turns the Air Support for each side might arrive.
Perry is (of course) correct. SSR 5 gives both sides air support - the Russians have a +1 drm to their air support arrival dr hence the German symbol on T2 and the Russian on T3.
