I know this ship sailed a LONG time ago, but it came back to the front of my mind as I was filing my updated scenarios from Rising Sun (beautiful product, btw). Why were the various updated/republished scenarios renumbered? Personally I would have liked for them to have kept the original identifiers as that makes it easier to substitute them in my existing filing system, rather than having to mark them obsolete and adding a note to point to the updated scenario identifier. Again, just curious.

Isn't there a mention of their previous numbering?
They were updated for RS and are not exactly the original version.

Yes, the new scenario references the original. Personally, for my filing system I would have preferred "Historical Scenario A4 TANAMBOGO NIGHTMARE (ver. 2)" rather than "ASL SCENARIO 150 TANAMBOGO NIGHTMARE", that's all. And for future archeologists I'd like to record the reason MMP went the direction they did. ;)

Waiting for my copy (shipped 10/13), but wondering (for the Armory) what the new numbers for the Hell's Corner Scenarios are.

Unchanged, I believe

"HC1 FIRST MATANIKAU",
"HC2 BAILEY'S DEMISE",
"HC3 SAMURAI SUNSET",
"HC4 WHALING GOOD TIME", and
"HC5 THE SAND SPIT".
