On the Chinese and Japanese charts, x10a it is possible to get a result from 0-6 However, there are no modifiers listed. I am suggesting using modifiers for dr as follows. For the Japanese, -1 to the dr from 1937-1942 and +1 from 1944-1945 For the Chinese +1 to the dr from 1938-1943 and -1 from 1944-1945 The idea here is that as the war progressed, the Japanese troop quality gradually dropped, whereas the quality of the Chinese at the end of the war could be considered slightly better as the Japanese lost power. Also +1 only from 1938 on, since in 1937 there could be a higher possibility of European trained troops in the wave, not having all been killed off yet.
Any ideas?
