The Japanese OB instructions say..."set up north of Herran Street and on/west of hex row 4F"

In all the other CG OB instructions the term used is "set-up/enter".

In the subject CG/Phase, do the RG purchased with the 17 CPP set-up on board without additional cost (CPP)?

CG11 a. Japanese RG. "...I/HW RGs cost one additional CPP for onboard setup on CG Day of purchase..."

I am pretty sure you have to pay the extra CPP to set up any RG (which has that extra cost) onboard.

Btw, I only see one CG (I) that has "and/or enter" in the Japanese initial OB instructions. All other just say "set up...." ?
