Here's a peek:

Four new scenarios and a new 8" x 22" map (86) that we produced in conjunction with some Italian ASL dudes for the Rome Wargame Gathering in October. It's essentially a "Bonus Pack". Scenario designs by Sebastiano Caltabiano, Paolo Cariolato, Ken Dunn, and Pete Shelling; the map was designed by Gabriele Mazza. It will be released in October to more-or-less coincide with the event.

Board 86 marks the return of the building-woods hex last seen in boards 2 and 3, with no less than 5 such hexes therein. Time to look at A4.31. A fertile ground for future Q&A.
The rules are pretty straightforward. I mean, they're not good, but they're pretty straightforward.

What are the kindling and spreading numbers of such a hex? The lowest? The highest? the average? those related to where the target is within the hex? i wish i could use common sense to readily get an answer, but i am not sure it will always work ?

Personally? I'd use the lower number in all cases. Seems pretty logical to my little pea brain. But no one ever accused me of thinking too much.
