ROF and Shocked AFV

An AFV moves . A gun ( ROF 3) fires at the AFV ( vehicle target type). The AFV becomes Shocked and can't move anymore. The AFV still has some MP, but can't move anymore. May the gun fire again to the AFV ( once for each not spended MP as long as the gun keeps his ROF)? Or can't the gun fire anymore during the Movement phase at the AFV, because the AFV doesn't spend any MP anymore?

I believe that the remaining MPs are spent in delay per C7.42 and D2.1. So the answer is yes you can continue to fire at the shocked vehicle up to the number of delay MPs spent.
