Regarding roadblock removal,
24.76 Roadblock: Unpinned, Good Order Infantry MMC.......in a Location containing a roadblock hexside may remove that roadblock.....

Can an MMC attempt clearance vs a roadblock from a location which shares only a vertex, instead of an entire hexside, with a roadblock hexside?

As I understand the rules, you have to be in a location that contains a roadblock HEXSIDE. The two other hexes in which a roadblock is partially present do not contain a roadblock hexside.

That is how I would play it as well. In testing, I've seen 2 different persons attempt clearance vs a roadblock in the above mentioned situation. Had to get some other opinions before I started correcting mistakes....
