Speaking of ASL's version of RtW... The Scenario Card's Turn Record Chart says the game ends on turn 15. Yet the Balance for the German player says, "Increase game length to 15 Turns." No doubt I am missing something simple--which is probably why I can't figure it out.

Looking at other scenarios the "End" annotation is placed after the last turn. If that is the case for the MMP RtW scenario the game would normally end on Turn 14.

Any isotopes to that that element?

There would certainly be unstable isotopes which would immediately decay into Confusion and Uncertainty.

You might be able to isolate some of the stable isotopes using Decisive Action.
