Does anyone have a customer support contact for Ritterkrieg? My purchase shipment was short LFT The Fight for Seoul (part of the Korea deal).

I have emailed 3 times over 2-3 weeks, but no response . I cannot identify a phone number to call .

Any one have a suggestion?

its possible they decided to ship it when they ship the items on pre-order which is fine but that has not been communicated to me.

Try emailing from an alternate email. It's possible your email may have been flagged as spam for God knows or maybe gremlins in the web-verse. Or he could be indisposed of /on holiday, or whatever reason.

Worry not, he does have an A+++ reputation in ASL-nation.

The Ritterkrieg website just added a new post as of this morning, Feb. 1st.
FYI, he has indicated that the ToTR orders will start shipping this month.

Thanks - I just saw that. I’ll wait til he’s back. Happy he on a trip and well. Lost a colleague 3 weeks ago who dropped off the planet. His ex-wife found him at home - apparent stroke and MI.
