See my other post in the main folder. Shipping costs are actual from USPS (or UPS if domestic). Rising Sun is weighing in at 6lbs / 2.73kg. Shipping costs are calculated by weight, not by price.

That is reinforcing why I will wait until it hits the UK retailers from whom I will order my copy (just like everything else ASL, not just RS). Sorry MMP! I know it is not your fault.
Still, 83, no 86, no 89 pre-orders in less than 2 hours, > 11%, not bad at all.
