Quick question that came up in a game I was playing. Panzer tank has riders on it. It stops and fires its main weapon. The riders automatically get off. So they have to take a bail out attempt or is this considered a conroled dismount? Just wondering. We played as a controled dismount as the vehicle had come to a stop.

What rule requires this? Seems right, but can't find it.
I thought so too, if someone would have asked me, and I hadn't had a rulebook, I would have said I was pretty sure they bail. :nervous:

But all I can find is bailing out due to driving through certain terrain or turning the turret.

They don't, you guys are confusing SL rules with ASL rules.

They must bail out only if the Panther changes its TCA.
Otherwise, if the Panther fires its MA during PFPh, they can dismount using all their MFs to get under the AFV...

Thanks

I know about the bailout rules and the change in TCA. I was just making sure we read the rules right.

Thanks for the help.

Steve.
