If a squad fires on an moving AFV with Riders in open ground, do we use FFMO and FFNAM?

Fabio is correct.

If you read the rules for FFMO/FFNAM, you see that they apply to Infantry, and the definition of Infantry is "all SMC & MMC counters on foot; i.e., not mounted as Cavalry or PRC".

The above is not entirely correct; per D15.5, "However, all fire vs a mounted motorcyclist is subject to a -1 To Hit DRM for ordnance or a -1 IFT DRM for non-ordnance weapons."

And when your riders dismount, they get the +1 AFV TEM, which cancels FFMO. How cool is that?
