Replacement DM Counters

Too many of mine have lost practically all their blue. Somewhere along the way I gained a half dozen or so new ones, I don't remember where. Rooting through all my modules and sets now, I find extras (in enormous numbers) for everything except the one type I seek. Are there any included someplace I'm overlooking?

Starter Kit #1 contains 8 DM counters and is relatively inexpensive.
Individual counter sheets are often sold on eBay.
Watch for a counter sheet which has DM counters.
There is a box of information counters on eBay for $29.99.
The box has two compartments with DM counters.

It's very easy to make text-only counters. I made these in Google Docs in five minutes
