Hello!

Is there any recommended reading for the Smith's Ridge CG from Fight for Seoul?

I like to really nerd out when I am going to play a CG.

Thanks!

Peace

COL Joseph Alexander also wrote Utmost Savagery on Tarawa, Edson's Raiders and Storm Landings to name a few.

I have read this one and have it in my library. It is definitively a hairraising account of the Tarawa landing and provides a very good coverage of the action. As far as I know, it is reputed to be among the most authoritative books on Tarawa. As I have only read this book focussing on Tarawa exclusively, I cannot make direct comparions to other books on the matter out there. What I can say, however, is that I have read many hundreds of books on WW2 and this one ranks among those which stand out.

I can recommend it.
