OK, time for another RB question. Playing the 10/18 date and
weather comes up as Clear and Gusty. My question is, how often do
Blazes autospread to adjacent terrain? Every turn (since gusts are in effect for the entire date)? If so, this will make a giant mess of
the board (I can hardly wait!)

It seems there is no definition for the term "Gusty" and no rule governing the event.

Other sections use Gusts and Gusty as one and the same, E8.1 for example. It would appear to be safe to assume that the terms Gusts, Gusty and Gusting all mean the same.....but one never knows with ASL

I would think that Gusts would appear more frequently than DR12 in Gusty conditions, say DR>=10, but cant back this up with a rule quote. If Gusts apply every turn then mayhem will result as buildings collapse and the board burns to the ground.

Remember one thing though, if the Russians Kindle a fire, all Locations that the fire spreads to are controlled by the German. This could cost the Russian a ton of ground. A26.16

Oddly enough, I've played TONS of RB and can't recall ever having this EC.

OK--finally found the REAL answer. Brian was correct, but
the rules quote came from John Slotwinski:

E3.4 GUSTY: EC are resolved normally, but Gusts (B25.651)
occur on a WCDR >=10.
