The current problem with the US DoW is that regardless of when the US enters the war the production of their equipment will always start at the same (late) turn thus significantly weaken the US forces that come into play early on. As the production times of equipment cant be changed during gamplay the only solution would be to provide on-map disband units representing the US supplies for every month following DoW.
The earliest time the US will enter is late 1939 so disbands for roughly 5-6 years are needed. 6x12 = 72 disband units representing the US LL and US equipment. The first disband units will probably only contain some very limited LL (if any at all) while later disband units will be stuffed with equipment.

Some part of the map has to be reserved for these disbands and after the US enters war every 4th turn the allied player is allowed to disband the next unit (in order of course) to gain the US eqipment. The standart replacement rate in the replacement pool for US equipment has to be set to zero of course.

To allow the axis player to control the US disbands right next to a US disband unit an axis unit with 1 irregular squad needs to be positioned so that the axis player can be sure that the allied player is disbanding his units in the correct order.

Instead of deploying the US divisions through events they could already be on the map right from the beginning, sitting next to a disband unit and are considered deployed once the corresponding disband unit can be disbanded. This would free some events and allow for a far more fluid deployment of US units!

The US disbands should have 33% readiness, 1% Supply and a formation supply of 1% to lower the strenght their counter is displaying so that they arent changing the current stregth-scheme
