Setting up S16 Legio Patria Nostra.

SSR - 1 extra MF up / down a hill due to weather. So... a building on a level 1 hill costs 5mf to enter from ground level, correct?

correct. and it would cost 2 MF to leave the building hex and go down hill to a clear hex.
