Question for BFP-88 The Bunkered Village

SBR 2 says "The Russians set up as if the Germans entre from offboard"

Does Russian units may use Bore sighting? or it´s only written to allow any russian units to setup concealment anywhere on the setup area?

As the SSR is written, it would allow Bore Sighting in my opinion.
