SSR4 has a pre-game TC for all American’s. The exact wording is
After German setup, all American MMC’s must take a pre-game TC. Every other unit that fails the check starts the game broken, beginning with the first unit that fails. All other units that fail the TC start the game pinned.
So the question I have is do the American’s get to attempt to rally units in the initial rally phase? Do the broken units start DM?
