Q on ITR-9, "Asia's Stalingrad"

Gentlemen, congrats on another excellent product in ITR2.

I have a question on scenario ITR-9, "Asia's Stalingrad." SBR 7 says the Japanese make a secret DR halved (FRU) in their RPh to determine the maximum number of Banzai Charges/DC Heroes allowed that turn. Is "DR" correct, or should that be "dr"? A typical DR of 7 would give 4 per turn. Doesn't seem very limiting.

It should be 'dr'.

I went to my files and the final version was 'dr'. So no idea what or how this happened.
