Yup. Most likely a IS-3M which were IS-3 factory rebuilds. Externally the most noticable difference were the bigger side mudguards with small vertical turn downs. No difference in ASL terms. Despite the text in the article it is doubtful that any IS-3 in WW2, just possibly as part of August Storm in Manchuria, but as certain as I can be that none were used in Europe. They were in the Berlin victory parade.

Just on the basis of the gouts of smoke, I don't think that's going to pass inspection.
