Playing REN campaign scenarios as stand alone games

Having read in the “The Blitz” forum on Squad Battles that by moving the relevant files from the campaign folder to the main folder that you could then play the campaign scenarios as stand alone games I thought I would see if this works with REN and it does.

Just create a new folder copy and then paste the contents of the Campaign folder into it and then go into the new folder and delete all the graphics files. Then paste the contents of the folder into the main directory.

You can do it another way, without having to move any files.

From within the game go to the "File" menu and select "New" (or choose the New button on the tool bar) then in the new window that appears open the campaign folder and you can select any scenario that is there.

This second method doesn't give you the same description interface that accessing a scenario the normal way does - but it does keep your main game folder a little "cleaner".
