If I understand the description, decay occurs after 3 yrs.
Is that retroactive or beginning now?
Also, say I win a game against a player and he quits the game because of it. 3yrs later he starts to decay, then loses 35 pts/yr. After 3 more years, my win vs him has been effectively modified that I beat him at 105 points LESS??
That makes no sense at all.
IF that is the case, simply add more code to Freeze a players rating per annum to avoid this adverse decay. Why decay at all? Why can't Pleva just quit at the top? as it appears to modify the 3 people that beat him in history.
