Pillbox v Bombardment

My regular opponent and I are playing "Into the grinding mill" tomorrow. There is a Japanese Bombardment to start the game.
My question is ; which modifier do the occupants of a pillbox get for their MC , the CA or the higher value for outside of the CA ?

NCA DRM applies, as Bombardment is a form of Indirect fire.

B30.113 NCA DEFENSE MODIFICATION: This is the TEM applied to ordnance and FT attacks against the pillbox which do not originate from within the CA of the pillbox [EXC: AP; 30.35] or are made by Indirect or Aerial fire.
