PIF Polish Heat of Battle modifier?

The allied minor HOB modifier is +2.

I seem to recall that the PIF module made the Polish HOB modifier 0.

Could not find the change to 0 in any of my Bounding Fire PIF stuff.

Did my brain neurons misfire, yet again, or is the Polish HOB modifier zero for PIF scenarios?

Nothing seen in PIF specific rules after checking.. comments about Assault Fire, non +1 PAATC and broken Morale raised ... Maybe in any particular scenario by specific SSR.. ? anyway checked without glasses..
