Where is written a Hungarian HS has a lower availibility number than a German? I think the base check number is 1-3 (as Germans) and the drms are the same. A 25.85 simply says that the Hungarians need a FINAL 1 or a 2. But the PF check base number should be 1-3 even for Hungarians.

Then: 1-3 base (C13.31), +1drm CX, +1 drm HS I need a 1.

Missed something?

Hello again Enrico

I have discovered ".. except as otherwise noted." after "..as if they were Germans (C13.3)". Maybe this means the PF check is 2 or less for Hungarian even if 1-3 for German.

Miguel.

A25.85 Hungarians use PF as if they were Germans except as otherwise noted. They get a PF on a dr =< 2. +1 drm for HS, and +1 drm for CX.

I missed what the heck this means...If there are two +1 drms, how could they possibly get a final dr of 1 or 2? By rolling zero I guess.
