Certainly not for children and likely NSFW:

ParaLight WorX also did "Dusty Faces," a double-digit number of short videos of (mostly) Ge WWII SMC-eye-views of infantry combat, each single-digit minutes to a half-hour-ish length. I've viewed only a few. It's a serial story w/recurring Ge soldier characters. German w/English subtitles.

Production quality is great. Attention to historic military equipment seems exceptional. Aside from some bunching to get more actors in frame, tactics demonstrated seem authentic and should interest ASL players. Some appear to be taken from memoirs (but that's just my guess).

These are not Hollywood panorama battles. You seldom see more than an ASL hex or three in most firefight scenes. All PBF/TPBF and CC. What I appreciate best is how well the camera makes nearly every battle seem a microcosm to the individual.

[It's my understanding that this "microcosm experience" is absolutely genuine.]

Fair warning -- of the few I've viewed, there are occasionally gruesome moments -- these are not blood-porn, IMO, but won't be for everyone. Certainly not for children and likely NSFW.

[As happens on the Internet, there is some minority-opinion criticism that these "humanize" WWII Ge soldiers. If our good moderators do not believe these films merit mention here, my apology and blessing in advance to please delete this thread w/out my objection Thank you.]

Too much walking upright but by and large fairly decent. As an infantryman, especially an experienced one, you learn to live in a crouched position most of your time and especially in and right after combat.
