So three questions:
A) it has no APCR as the limit in counter is for 1941?
B) It has APCR depletion 4 like 1941 availability is the stated Chapter H and that is extended to 1942?
C) APCR depletion 5 like PzKpfw IIIH on 1942- there is no rules case for this apart from the reality argument that the gun is the same and the ammo supply should be same as well and another MMP scenario has it at 5 as well?
Given the Russian T-34m41 frontal armo(u)r this has an effect on how the scenario will playout.
