Does panic cause a unit to lose concealment (assuming it's in LOS of good order ENEMY or Suspect counter)? If so, at night would a unit that panics create a gunflash?

Thanks!

See S16.3 second last sentence and then S6.211 last sentence, concealment is not lost.

Panicing is different to a Movement DR/Straying DR at night, so I would say it is not marked with a gunflash if it panics as it can't move and therefore can't make a Mvt DR and hence Straying DR.

Thanks! Wow, I don't know how I missed that. I think I had tunnel vision with S6.212 and the first sentence. This was why I was asking about the gun flash at night.

Thanks again!

This is an older post, but I wanted to add to what you said. An "in command" role doesn't cause loss of concealment nor does it activate a sniper check.
