1) In D5.29 does the +1 DRM for selecting the “Attack Chit” apply to the Russian TP Replenishment DR for the PM 4 Feb scenario even though the Russian was required to select the chit in the prior initial scenario?
2) D5.31(c) says that “... a unit setup “In Reserve” is activated if any of the following occurs in the location (otherwise unit is eliminated):...” D5.6(e) Marker Removal says that “All still cloaked units and equipment are placed on-map concealed in their setup locations.” Are on-map Reserve units eliminated if not activated or activated during the Marker Removal step?
