Fortification Table does not indicate the DSP cost to HIP a foxhole, trench or pillbox or is that included in the cost to HIP the unit located therein?

The Unit is HIP, if the HIP unit is set up in an Entrenchment, the Entrenchment also gets to set up HIP.
