If you amass a VP total it is the amount of VP (in this case CVP) that you have attained (in this case by the elimination of enemy units).

Don thinks this opposite: that the additional minus one on the TM allocation roll represents a play balance mechanism. The more one side loses, the more replacements are sent into the next session by headquarters. He may be wrong. Tim
