I am adjacent to an enemy unit and each of us are within our respective TACs. Their respective tactical locations are within three hexes of each other and overlap. Since both are in No-Man’s Land, D5.14(iii) requires each to redeploy to any friendly-controlled hex/location within the nearest friendly-TAC.

Can they redeploy to a location within the TAC they presently occupy or must they redeploy to another TAC?

Must they redeploy to a location that is no longer in a No-Man’s Land?

Can they redeploy to another friendly-controlled hex/location within their present TAC that is not in No-Man’s Land, but still adjacent to another enemy unit?

D5.31(a) allows RGs to be setup in No-Man’s Land?

Must fortifications be setup within a sides FEBA?

Note F in D5.35 - Requisition Fortifications implies that unless otherwise allowed fortifications must setup >= 3 hexes from the enemy FEBA. Is this correct?

They must redeploy to the nearest Friendly TAC, if more than one of equal distance, then it the choice of the player to which one they deploy to.

If the nearest TAC is still behind the enemy's FEBA or isolated in No-Man's Land then that where the unit must redeploy to.

Friendly RG can only be set up in Friendly non-isolated TAC.

Fortifications can only be set up in Friendly TAC (see the notes at the bottom of the Fortification Table on the exceptions).

Yes, Fortifications must be set up > 3 hexes from the Enemy FEBA (again see the notes for the exceptions)
