D5.17 says any HIP units “Isolated” are subject to Ammunition Shortage. D5.14(iii) says units in uncontrolled terrain that do not deploy are “Isolated.” Are they also subject to Ammo Shortage?

Seems a Russian or Axis unit can create a Tactical Location by merely digging a foxhole?

The definition of FEBA seems to require that you keep track of who controls each hex between a TAC and the Friendly Map Edge?

You must make note of Tactical Locations your side controls.

But you do not have to link them together from the FEBA to the FME.

The FEBA is just where you can set up.
