The latest edition of the Frag newsletter sets the release date at 11 November, 2002. I am not sure why the delay. I don't know if it was intended to coincide with Veteran's day or if this was coincidental.

They will begin by shipping pre-orders so, if you (meaning anyone reading this) want to buy the game, I recommend pre-ordering now. Otherwise you risk having to wait for the second print before you get the game.
