On the HASL maps, there are several shellhole/grain and shellhole/brush hexes. I can't find any specific mention of this in the OtO rules, but the J11 errata for B2.1 (the in-hex terrain (and any Flame/Blaze already in it) is considered to no longer exist at all) implies that these is treated as an Open ground/shellhole hex.
So I wondered whether this was the intention (since the original OtO map was designed before J11) - i.e. should they be treated as Open ground/shellholes or as grain/brush with hellholes?
The reason I am asking is that in the SASL mission on the HASL map, I am supposed to put suspect counters in the grain fields and brushes.
