I had heard a while back that OtO VASL counters (Planes, Mineroller tanks being the most important) were in the works. Anyone know any specifics about this?

it got bigger than that. It was going to be HOB FC and BRV, and then it turned into redoing the entire ASL Core OB first...

Ouch, about how long will that take? Not that I'm in a rush or anything :laugh: Seems like a very large project.

Counters
I think HUGE is a better word for it.
The FKaC Brit OB is complete.
Many of the 1/2" counters are done. Once they are done, they will be released.
We will then work on Guns and then Vehicles.
A quick run through info counters, and then off to TPP products.
HOB will be first as a means of showing our appreciation for all the work/help that Klaus has provided.
After that....
I know Negus has been committed to.
We will probably solicit scans from people to help us do the non HOB TPP counters. Having images to trace from helps a lot.

Good news for us VASL fanatics. Will the new counter set be available for dl or is it part of a newer version of VASL?

IIRC, the new counters are already present in the VASL beta version for your preview.

The Beta does indeed have some of the counters in it, as well as some changes to the way that they are presented.
I was under the impression that when the 1/2" are complete, a new VASL will be created.
I am not sure if the Guns and then Vehicles will be downloadable in chunks or as a single. That will be determined by rk.
You can always tell a new counter by the multi-colored, nationality specific border...and the fact that the corners are clipped.
