The notation:
“427 is maximum BPI available for Turn 1 entry” is on the German scenario card. It’s obviously referring to the German reinforcements but what is “BPI?”

We’ll play it as BPV until further clarification.

Perhaps means "BFI" or Battlefield Integrity count. With 427 being a fairly large number and not presented in 4-2-7 or some such, it seems to me that would be logical. BPV could be entertained if there were a lot of vehicles available but it would certainly allow a boatload of infantry.
