Swedish Trojan Games carry them. Costs at this moment around 85 EUR without shipping (and the postage is high from Sweden), unless you combine shipping with other items.
Nevertheless, I found 2mm is the right size and given the amount of counters I clipped in the meantime (around 30.000) it has been worth it.
Also note, however, that the material the counters are made of matters as well. Some types of cardboard (e.g. an older CH module) seem to leave a kind of squarish rather than round profile, especially when viewed from the top. Yet another type of cardboard leaves a kind of a jagged profile from the bottom of the counter, rather than a nice round curve. (Enemy Action Ardennes by Compass Games used extremely hard and relatively thin material that actually reminds of plastic. The results are good but I was afraid the corner rounder would break. ) The choice of material does not seem to correlate with the company producing the ASL product. You also might have noticed a difference between MMP's BV 3e (kind of very "flat" counters, like a slab or a concrete tile) and other modules (which usually have kind of a soft, rounded, "pillow" edge). It rather seems the printer has, at the time of printing, various supply options and perhaps the die-cutting technique (including the pressure) makes a difference too.
